Project Execution

In order to form a data strategy, it is important to understand the value that AI brings to the data you have. Science Parc Inc works with a few selected partners to execute Artificial Intelligence projects from a hands on perspective. We look at your data, work with you to define a business need to be addressed by that data, and actually execute a few solutions to demonstrate value. This   Ideation phase allows us to jointly see what your data, or lack of data, has to offer you and what challenges you might face scaling up a data program. It also allows us to identify the right technology to fit your business challenges, enabling you to fast forward innovation in your company.

After the ideation step it might make sense to execute one or two ideas to a next step and create a Prototype of sorts. This prototype is to test the technical viability and also the measure the impact to the organization.  During the prototype phase we build a working product that meets the goals we set to test for technical feasibility.

As the road to a Data driven company is still long. It makes sense to set up a Pilot after a successful Prototype. In the pilot phase we validate desirability, viability and options to scale the solution. We select the right partner to actively build the future with you.
